2. Payment Terms

New customers: 30% deposit + 70% before shipment

Repeat customers (3+ orders): 20% + 80%, or Net 30 days

Large orders ≥ USD 50K: L/C at sight or Bank Guarantee

3. Currencies

• USD (default international)
• THB (Thai customers)
• CNY (Alipay/WeChat)
• JPY (case by case)
• EUR (case by case)

4. Bank Details

Bank account information sent via Proforma Invoice only. Do not transfer based on info from other sources (avoid phishing).

5. Tax Invoice

• Issued under buyer's company name and address
• VAT 0% for export (Thai law)
• Sent via email within 7 days of payment

6. AML / KYC

• Orders > THB 2M may require additional KYC
• High-risk jurisdictions may require enhanced due diligence
• We reserve the right to refuse suspicious payments

7. Late Payment

• 1.5%/month penalty (or per agreement)
• Hold next orders if late > 30 days
• Collection action if > 90 days

8. Bank Fees

Buyer covers fees on their side (use OUR or SHA in wire transfers).

9. Security

• Card data processed by Stripe/PayPal directly — Kobka does not store card details
• HTTPS encryption
• PCI DSS compliance via Payment Gateway providers
