2. Methods

• Sea Freight LCL: 1-15 CBM, 3-6 weeks
• Sea Freight FCL: 15+ CBM, 2-4 weeks
• Air Freight: small/urgent, 3-7 days
• Land (CLMV): 3-7 days
• Express (DHL/FedEx): samples, 2-5 days

3. Cost Calculation

Based on method, volume (CBM), weight (KG), destination, and Incoterms. Specified in each Quotation.

4. Incoterms

• FOB — to Thai port, buyer arranges further
• CIF — we include freight + insurance to destination port
• DDP — we deliver to buyer's door including duties
• EXW — buyer picks up at our Korat warehouse

5. Documents

• Commercial Invoice · Packing List
• Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
• Certificate of Origin (Form D / Form E)
• Phytosanitary Certificate (food/plants)
• Insurance Certificate (if CIF)

6. Tracking

Tracking number sent via email after shipment, with carrier link and real-time updates.

7. Customs

Thai export: we handle. Destination import: buyer's responsibility (unless DDP).

8. Damage Claims

Use Marine Insurance. Notify us + carrier within 7 days of receipt with photos and Damage Report.

9. Delays

Force majeure delays not our liability. Other delays handled per agreement.
